Insurance Concerns

As per our insurance company's directive, the following must be observed as of immediately. (Policy change information enclosed in this mailing)

Coaches in training, who are not yet fully certified at NCCP level 1, must be under direct supervision of a certified coach during all practice sessions. This applies regardless of whether or not the facility supplies lifeguards.

Reminder

A Central Region Officials' Clinic will be held on March 27, 1999, at the Ontario Sports Centre, starting at 9:30am. A lunch will be served. For more information call Horst Tietze at 416-225-6532 or John Grootveld at 905-951-2273. (Information sheet enclosed in this mailing)

Please make copies of the NCCP Level 1 and 2 course information enclosed in this mailing and pass it on to all coaches and interested people. Registration forms must be received prior to March 12, 1999 with full payment attached.

The following clubs have out-standing items with Swim Ontario. Please make sure you contact Swim Ontario to clear this up.

Outstanding Gold Bonus is for the month(s) of October 1998 to January 1999. Payment (including GST) should be sent to the Swim Ontario office immediately. A 2% late fee should be calculated for each 30-day period or part thereof, that the Gold Bonus is outstanding.
