Effective September 30, 1995 a motion was passed by the Board of Directors of Swim Ontario to implement the following new procedures when purchasing materials from Swim Ontario.
Purchases must be prepaid by cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard
Purchases $50.00 and under must be prepaid by cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard. For purchases over $50.00, clubs will be invoiced, with 30 days for payment. If the invoice has not been paid within the 30 day period, all material orders, meet sanctions, and out going monies from Swim Ontario will be held until payment is received.
Purchases must be submitted in writing/fax/e-mail and have a purchase order number attached. An invoice will then be sent with the same payment procedure as above.
