MAG Corporation new CTI solution installed
From an old analog system with only 4 lines and
12 extensions MAG at the same time upgraded and integrated the company's data and voice
network. Using a PRAXON PDX system and 4 BRI, MAG now has access to 8 external lines and
16 extensions. MAG previously used a dial-up analog router solution, but the PRAXON PDX
system provides MAG with a dial-up ISDN router with bandwidth on demand. "Now every
one in the company has a voice mail box that can not only store messages but also forward
them to their email accounts if they are on the road" - says Sergio Band. The company
also can save on Internet access since all the remote users can call the office to get
access to the Internet through the company single access account.
