Is it safe? The answer is yes and no. Some systems are better than others. Similarly, there is danger with a personal card transaction at a store, or having a card mailed to your home, or throwing a credit card slip in the trash. Does that mean you don't use a card? No, it means you use it wisely and cautiously. Additionally, cyber money is big business and the better companies involved are going to do everything in there power to protect you because they want your business.
