RC-Squared is seeking software developers/software development team leaders plus marketing team leaders and members. We are developing a major new product platform and products for upstream oil and gas industry. These are being leveraged off our current state of the art technology. We are looking to place a director of marketing and marketing staff in Houston. We're also looking to place junior to senior software application developers and data management software developers in our Denver office. We are also looking for reservoir characterization consultants, geologists, engineers and geophysicists primarily for Houston but also for Denver.

For some programming positions, we will provide relocation assistance to Denver and have a strong preference for those willing to relocate to Denver or residing in Denver.

   Degree in Geology, Geophysics, Reservoir Engineering or related discipline 
   Experience in Fortan, C, C++, JAVA programming 

Architectural/Design Programmers

  Experience in C++ and/or JAVA in object-oriented design and implementation
  Experience with O-O processes and development tools (e.g. Rational Rose) 
  Knowledge of distributed object programming (e.g. CORBA) 
  Knowledge of MVC (model-view-controller) architectures 

GUI/Graphics Team

   OpenGL or other 3D visualization with large throughput
   GUI programming with Swing, Qt, Xt/Motif and/or MFC 
   Experience in GUI design and implementation 

Database Team

   Ability to administer DBA multiple Oracle Instances
   Basic SQL Knowledge
   Experience in C/C++ or Java (JDBC) with database queries 
   Experience in writing server applications and socket communications
   Familiarity with object and relational databases
   Experience handling large data sets 
   Familiarity with Corba/IDL
   Familiarity with Fortran
