To continue Tripler Medical Centers Leadership in telemedicine and teleradiology. $2.5 million will be used by the University of Hawaii at Manoa John A. Burns Medical School to develop an education curriculum for telemedicine. $2.7 million will be used to investigate new technologies including dual mode hyperspectral fluorescence imaging, and up to $10,000,000 may be used to support operational modeling of theater medical information infrastructure for forward deployed forces in Alaska and Korea. |
