The board is made up of five at-large members, who serve four-year terms. It holds regular meetings at 7 p.m. on the third Monday of each month at the Central Office. The board also may hold special meetings or change the meeting date, place or time. All meetings are open to the public, except executive or closed sessions. There is a time set aside for public participation.
